Shipping Policy
While shipping typically takes 5 business days, it can take as long as 10 business days to deliver. This includes the time we need to prepare and pack your order. NOTE: during a zombie apocalypse, all bets are off!
Return & Exchange Policy
At Planet 27, your satisfaction is our top priority. We want you to love your t-shirt as much as we loved creating it. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help.
Returns:
Eligibility: You can return any unworn, unwashed, and undamaged t-shirt within 30 days of the delivery date.
Process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at planet27clothing@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for return. We will provide you with a return authorization and instructions on how to send your item back to us.
Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective item or an error on our part. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure your return is received.
Exchanges:
Size/Style Exchange: If you need a different size or style, we’re happy to exchange your t-shirt within 30 days of the delivery date, provided the item is in its original condition (unworn, unwashed, and undamaged).
Process: Contact our customer service team at planet27clothing@gmail.com with your order number and details of the exchange. We will guide you through the exchange process and send you the correct item as quickly as possible.
Shipping: Customers are responsible for shipping costs to return the original item, but we will cover the shipping costs for sending the new item.
Refunds:
Eligibility: Once we receive your returned item and inspect it, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Process: If your return is approved, a refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
Partial Refunds: In certain situations, only partial refunds may be granted (e.g., items not in their original condition, items returned after the 30-day window).
